What you’ll do:

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will: 

  • Lead information distribution by conducting regularly scheduled check-ins with our CEO, Sales Directors, Head of Marketing, and VP of Finance to present how sales opportunities are tracking against plan;
  • Identify positive/negative performance trends for internal review and problem resolution.
  • Transform complex data into consumable bites for others to facilitate understanding when presenting information.
  • Support our sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
  • Partner with our Sales and Marketing departments to refine lead qualification processes as well as analyze and report on campaign performance.
  • Maintain sales dashboards.
  • Enhance sales productivity by enabling our team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
  • Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
  • Record, analyze, and report on key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment to the CEO, Sales Directors, Head of Marketing, and VP of Finance. 
  • Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics; delivers regular insights to the business; and defines and delivers techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
  • Assist with training of new sales hires.
  • Refine customer segmentation and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
  • Ensure Salesforce works for our Account Executives, Customer Success, and Finance teams.
  • Roll out new processes and tools that make our sales team more efficient and effective.

  • Possess advanced Excel skills with a strong understanding of data outputs from sales processes, other CRM applications, and available tools in the market to increase efficiency.
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication skills (written, verbal, and non-verbal).
  • Promote process improvement through development and refinement of processes and standards.
  • Make quick assessments of situational events with poise and authority.
  • Demonstrate ability to start, sustain, and complete short- and long-term projects, often simultaneously.
  • Capably prioritize incoming information and adjust to changing conditions.
  • Have strong organizational skills.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and exhibit confidence in decisions made.
  • Understand the SaaS sales process and know how best to support the sales and customer success teams to equip them for success.
  • Have advanced knowledge of Salesforce.

Your qualifications:

  • 2-3 years sales operations experience
  • Comfortable creating Salesforce Reports, Dashboards, and performing basic administrative functions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Experience managing an external contractor is a plus

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Range $70,000-$85,000 base salary/year
